DELIVERY
Delivery of products from City Vending is carried out via the courier company Econt. The standard delivery fee for orders under €50.00 (incl. VAT) is €4.00. Depending on your destination and the final value of your order, shipping costs may vary. Orders are delivered within 48–72 hours from the date they are handed over to the courier company.
Delivery for orders over €50.00 is free to an Econt office.
Delivery takes place after confirmation of the order by phone.
Orders placed after 13:00 are processed the next business day.
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an automatically generated message to your email containing your order number.
When your order is ready to ship, we will notify you by email or phone.
The products will be sent by courier to the delivery address you have provided.
Delivery takes within 2-3 working days.
Delivery, as well as all shipping costs, are at the customer’s expense (for orders under €50.00).
Deliveries are made only on the territory of the country (Bulgaria).
Product deliveries are not made on official non-working days and during national holidays.
City Vending Ltd. reserves the right to change the delivery time by informing you about it by e-mail or phone. The ordered goods are delivered suitably packed according to their type and the used transport for delivery. In the event of circumstances leading to a delay in the execution of the order, the customer will be notified in a timely manner using the specified contact details.
In case of untimely delivery, City Vending Ltd. does not owe a penalty to the customer, and he, in turn, reserves the right to refuse the order.
In case of detected violations in the appearance of the goods, contact the courier, who is obliged to draw up a protocol for damage to the shipment.
PAYMENT
All prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT.
Prices are per unit and do not include shipping costs unless specifically stated.
Payments are made by card (Visa и MasterCard), bank transfer or cash on delivery, upon delivery - in cash by the Customer or by a third party, on behalf of the Customer;
When choosing the method of payment provided for in the description above, the Customer - a consumer under the Law on Consumer Protection, declares consent to make payment for the goods in the sense of Art. 53, paragraph 1 of the law.
